Live Well offers comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment services in the convenience of your home and via teletherapy.
Billing
Live Well Feeding Therapy is an out-of-network provider. Our services are often covered by out-of-network benefits. We recommend that you contact your insurance company before starting services to learn how much your particular plan will reimburse you. You will be provided with an itemized “superbill” following each session that will provide all the necessary information you need for reimbursement.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of your services
Communication
You can expect to be heard when it comes to your concerns and goals for you/your child. You will receive quantitative and descriptive reports throughout the duration of you/your child's therapy.
What to Expect
Each evaluation is unique, but may include an initial conversation, follow up questions to get a fuller understanding of your concerns, direct assessment, and formal observations. Assessment and observations typically include: oral mechanism examination, observations while feeding, chewing, and/or swallowing, picture and video documentation, and a formal speech assessment. Following the evaluation you will receive a written report detailing our findings and recommendations. Each evaluation typically lasts 60-90 minutes. Intake paperwork should be completed prior to your assessment.
